About Molly Hucks

Welcome to my page.

I was born in a small West Virginia town, Gauley-Bridge, in 1932. I moved to Charlotte, NC in 1936, when I was just 4 years old and have resided there since.

When I was young, I’d copy pictures from the Bible or draw fruit. Like most kids my age, I loved to color with crayons. We didn't have much back then, but I always had paper, pencil and crayons.

I never got to go to Art school, although it was always a dream of mine. Thank God for gifts he gives us. I found out later in life that I love to paint with oils. I just hope that everyone will love my paintings as much as I love painting them. God is good.
